Terms of Service
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms govern the conditions of use of Brkit (the "Service"), a desktop video editing service provided by Yongjun Choi (the "Operator").
Article 2 (Accounts)
Some features (cloud, collaboration, paid) require an account. You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your account secure. Persons under 14 may not use the Service.
Article 3 (The Service)
The Service provides local video editing and optional cloud storage, collaboration, AI, and YouTube upload features. The Operator may improve, change, or discontinue features, and will give prior notice of material changes.
Article 4 (User content)
Rights to content you create or upload remain yours. You grant the Operator the rights necessary to store, transmit, and process your content to the extent needed for cloud storage, collaboration, and uploads. You warrant that your content does not infringe third-party rights.
Article 5 (Prohibited conduct)
Governed by the separate Acceptable Use Policy.
Article 6 (Paid services)
Payment, subscription, and refunds are governed by the Billing & Subscription Terms and the Refund Policy.
Article 7 (Intellectual property)
Rights to the Service itself (software, trademarks, design) belong to the Operator or the rightful holders. Open-source components are governed by the Open Source Notice.
Article 8 (Disclaimer & limitation of liability)
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.
Article 9 (Termination)
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. The Operator may restrict use in the event of a breach of these Terms.
Article 10 (Governing law & disputes)
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are subject to [competent court — e.g., the court with jurisdiction over the Operator's address]. Consumers do not lose rights granted by mandatory laws of their place of residence.
Article 11 (Changes)
Changes to these Terms will be announced on the site/app before they take effect.

이용약관
제1조 (목적)
본 약관은 최용준(이하 "운영자")이 제공하는 데스크톱 영상 편집 서비스 Brkit(이하 "서비스")의 이용조건을 정합니다.
제2조 (계정)
일부 기능(클라우드·협업·유료)은 계정이 필요합니다. 이용자는 정확한 정보를 제공하고 계정 보안을 유지할 책임이 있습니다. 만 14세 미만은 이용할 수 없습니다.
제3조 (서비스 내용)
서비스는 로컬 영상 편집과, 선택적 클라우드 저장·협업·AI·유튜브 업로드 기능을 제공합니다. 운영자는 기능을 개선·변경·중단할 수 있으며 중대한 변경은 사전 고지합니다.
제4조 (이용자 콘텐츠)
이용자가 만든/업로드한 콘텐츠의 권리는 이용자에게 있습니다. 이용자는 클라우드 저장·협업·업로드에 필요한 범위에서 운영자에게 저장·전송·처리할 권한을 부여합니다. 이용자는 자신의 콘텐츠가 제3자 권리를 침해하지 않음을 보증합니다.
제5조 (금지행위)
별도의 이용정책을 따릅니다.
제6조 (유료 서비스)
결제·구독·환불은 결제·구독 약관 및 환불 정책을 따릅니다.
제7조 (지식재산)
서비스 자체(소프트웨어·상표·디자인)의 권리는 운영자 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있습니다. 오픈소스 구성요소는 오픈소스 고지를 따릅니다.
제8조 (면책·책임제한)
서비스는 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다. 관련 법이 허용하는 최대 범위에서, 운영자는 간접·부수적·결과적 손해에 책임지지 않으며, 총 책임은 직전 12개월 이용자가 지불한 금액을 초과하지 않습니다.
제9조 (해지)
이용자는 언제든 이용을 중단·계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다. 운영자는 약관 위반 시 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다.
제10조 (준거법·분쟁)
본 약관은 대한민국 법을 준거법으로 하며, 분쟁은 [관할법원 — 예: 운영자 주소지 관할]에 따릅니다. 소비자는 거주지 강행법상 권리를 잃지 않습니다.
제11조 (변경)
약관 변경 시 시행 전 사이트/앱에 고지합니다.
