Refund & Cancellation Policy
Paid purchases for Brkit (the "Service") are sold and processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd. (Merchant of Record). Refunds are handled by us or through Paddle under the terms below.
1. Subscriptions (recurring billing)
- Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.
- You may cancel at any time; you keep access until the end of the current billing period and are not charged from the next period.
- Fees for a period already paid are, in principle, non-refundable (statutory withdrawal exceptions below apply separately).
2. Credits / AI features
- Credits or services already provided/consumed (e.g., AI generation, AutoCut runs) are non-refundable.
- Unused top-up packs (credit packs, AutoCut packs) may be refunded within 7 days of purchase, provided the pack is entirely unused.
- Monthly plan allowances included in a subscription are part of the subscription fee and are not refundable separately.
3. Korean consumers (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce)
Digital content and services may be withdrawn within 7 days of purchase. However, for portions where the digital content has already begun to be provided (download, credit use, etc.), the right of withdrawal may be restricted under Article 17 of the Act and its Enforcement Decree; by this prior notice you are deemed to agree to that restriction.
4. EU / UK consumers
You generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal; however, if you consent to immediate performance of digital content and acknowledge that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal, that right is extinguished for such content.
5. Refund method & timing
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within the period required by applicable law (for Korean consumers, within 3 business days under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce). Depending on your card provider, it may take additional days to appear on your statement.

환불 및 청약철회 정책
Brkit(이하 "서비스")의 유료 결제는 Paddle.com Market Ltd.(Merchant of Record)가 판매자로서 처리합니다. 환불은 아래 기준에 따라 운영자 또는 Paddle을 통해 진행됩니다.
1. 구독(정기결제)
- 구독은 해지 전까지 매 주기 자동 갱신됩니다.
- 언제든지 해지할 수 있으며, 해지 시 현재 결제 주기가 끝날 때까지 이용할 수 있고 다음 주기부터 과금되지 않습니다.
- 이미 결제된 주기의 요금은 원칙적으로 환불되지 않습니다(아래 청약철회·법정 예외는 별도).
2. 크레딧 / AI 기능
- AI 생성·오토컷 실행 등 이미 제공(소진)된 크레딧·서비스는 환불되지 않습니다.
- 별도 구매한 충전 팩(크레딧 팩·오토컷 팩)은 구매 후 7일 이내이면서 전혀 사용하지 않은 경우 환불 가능합니다.
- 구독에 포함된 월 제공량은 구독 요금의 일부로, 별도로 환불되지 않습니다.
3. 한국 소비자(전자상거래법)
콘텐츠·디지털 서비스는 구매일로부터 7일 이내 청약철회가 가능합니다. 다만 디지털콘텐츠의 제공이 이미 개시(다운로드·크레딧 사용 등)된 부분에 대해서는 「전자상거래법」 제17조 및 시행령에 따라 청약철회가 제한될 수 있으며, 본 정책의 사전 고지로 그 제한에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
4. EU/영국 소비자
원칙적으로 14일 철회권이 있으나, 디지털콘텐츠의 즉시 이행에 동의하고 철회권 상실에 동의한 경우 해당 콘텐츠에 대한 철회권은 소멸합니다.
5. 환불 방법·기간
- 승인된 환불은 관련 법이 정한 기간 내(한국 소비자: 전자상거래법에 따라 3영업일 이내)에 최초 결제수단으로 지급됩니다. 카드사에 따라 실제 반영까지 며칠이 더 걸릴 수 있습니다.
