Billing & Subscription Terms

Effective date: July 29, 2026

1. Plans & credits

The Service is offered via paid subscription and/or credits. Pricing and credit-consumption rules are shown at checkout and on the pricing page.

2. Merchant of Record

All payment, tax calculation, and VAT/sales-tax handling are performed by Paddle as the seller (MoR). We do not receive or store full card numbers; we retain only subscription status, plan, and credit balance.

3. Automatic renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically each period (monthly/yearly) until cancelled, and are charged to your registered payment method at renewal.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from account settings or via yocyo@yocyo.com; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

5. Price changes

If fees change, we will notify you in advance, and the new fees apply from your next billing period.

6. Taxes

Regional VAT/sales tax is calculated and charged by Paddle and shown at checkout.

7. Failed payments

If a payment fails, it is retried for a period; continued non-payment may suspend paid features.

8. Credit validity & rollover

Monthly plan allowances (AI credits and AutoCut minutes/clips) are granted anew each billing period and do not roll over — any unused monthly allowance expires when the period renews. Separately purchased top-up packs (credit packs, AutoCut packs) are exempt from the monthly reset and remain available until used. When both are available, the monthly allowance is consumed first.

Refunds follow the separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.

결제 및 구독 약관

시행일: 2026년 7월 29일

1. 요금제·크레딧

서비스는 유료 구독 및/또는 크레딧 방식으로 제공됩니다. 요금·크레딧 소비 기준은 결제 화면과 가격 페이지에 표시됩니다.

2. 결제 처리자(Merchant of Record)

모든 결제·세금계산·VAT/부가세 처리는 Paddle이 판매자(MoR)로서 수행합니다. 운영자는 카드 전체 번호를 수신·저장하지 않으며, 구독 상태·요금제·크레딧 잔액만 보관합니다.

3. 자동 갱신

구독은 해지 전까지 매 주기(월/연) 자동 갱신되며, 갱신 시점에 등록된 결제수단으로 청구됩니다.

4. 해지

계정 설정 또는 yocyo@yocyo.com을 통해 언제든 해지할 수 있으며, 해지는 현재 주기 종료 시점에 적용됩니다.

5. 가격 변경

요금이 변경되는 경우 사전에 고지하며, 변경된 요금은 다음 결제 주기부터 적용됩니다.

6. 세금

지역별 부가세/판매세는 Paddle이 산정·부과하여 결제 시 표시됩니다.

7. 결제 실패

결제가 실패하면 일정 기간 재시도되며, 미납이 지속되면 유료 기능이 정지될 수 있습니다.

8. 크레딧 유효기간·이월

월 제공량(AI 크레딧·오토컷 분/개수)은 매 결제 주기에 새로 지급되며, 남은 월 제공량은 다음 주기로 이월되지 않고 소멸합니다. 별도 구매한 충전 팩(크레딧 팩·오토컷 팩)은 월 초기화 대상이 아니며 소진할 때까지 유지됩니다. 둘 다 보유한 경우 월 제공량부터 차감됩니다.

9. 환불

환불은 별도의 환불·청약철회 정책을 따릅니다.
