Refund & Cancellation Policy
Brkit purchases are sold and processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. The seller for your country is shown at checkout and on your receipt. Refunds are processed through Paddle. Paddle Buyer Terms and Paddle Refund Policy apply to Paddle transactions; mandatory consumer rights and any more favourable rights remain protected.
1. Subscriptions
- Subscriptions renew each billing period until cancelled.
- Cancel through account settings or your Paddle receipt/customer portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access normally continues until the end of the paid period.
- Cancellation and a refund are different requests. Fees for a paid period are normally non-refundable, subject to statutory rights and Paddle's applicable policy.
2. Credits and AI features
- Consumed credits and completed AI or AutoCut services are normally non-refundable, except where applicable law, non-delivery, defects, or Paddle's policy requires otherwise.
- Our unused top-up pack policy allows a request within 7 days of purchase when the entire pack is unused. This does not shorten a statutory withdrawal period or prevent a request under Paddle's policy.
- Monthly allowances form part of the subscription and are not refunded separately under the ordinary pack policy. Mandatory rights and remedies for failed delivery remain unaffected.
3. Korean consumer rights
Where the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce applies, withdrawal is generally available within 7 days of receiving the contract information, or of supply where supply occurs later, subject to the statutory conditions. Restrictions for services or digital content whose supply has begun apply only when the legal requirements, including the required notice and measures for digital content, are met. Merely reading this page or downloading a free installer is not treated as waiving your rights. Separable portions not yet supplied retain their applicable withdrawal rights.
If supply differs from the advertised or agreed content, the statutory rule allows withdrawal within 3 months of supply and within 30 days of becoming aware, or reasonably being able to become aware, of that discrepancy. These rights are not excluded by a "used credits" rule.
4. EU and UK consumers
Consumers may have a 14-day withdrawal right. Loss of that right for immediately supplied digital content requires the applicable express consent, acknowledgement, and confirmation. This policy itself is not such consent. Service contracts have separate statutory rules; starting a service does not automatically remove every withdrawal right.
5. Requests and refund timing
Send requests to yocyo@yocyo.com or Paddle buyer support with your transaction reference and reason. Do not send full card numbers or passwords. Refunds use the original payment method and the timetable required by applicable law; Korean statutory refunds are handled within the applicable 3-business-day deadline when its legal conditions are met. Bank statement processing can take longer. Paddle may also consider a discretionary request within 14 days; a request does not guarantee approval.
환불 및 청약철회 정책
Brkit 유료 거래는 Paddle이 판매자(Merchant of Record)로서 처리하며, 구매 국가에 따른 판매 법인은 결제 화면과 영수증에 표시됩니다. 환불은 Paddle을 통해 처리됩니다. Paddle 거래에는 Paddle 구매자 약관과 환불 정책이 적용되며, 소비자의 강행법상 권리와 더 유리한 권리는 보호됩니다.
1. 구독
- 구독은 해지 전까지 매 결제 주기에 자동 갱신됩니다.
- 계정 설정 또는 Paddle 영수증·고객 포털의 구독 관리에서 해지할 수 있습니다. 해지하면 다음 갱신 청구가 중단되며, 통상 이미 결제한 주기가 끝날 때까지 이용할 수 있습니다.
- 구독 해지와 환불 요청은 별개입니다. 이미 결제한 주기의 요금은 원칙적으로 환불되지 않으나, 법정 권리와 Paddle의 적용 정책은 예외로 합니다.
2. 크레딧·AI 기능
- 소진한 크레딧과 완료된 AI 생성·오토컷 서비스는 원칙적으로 환불되지 않습니다. 다만 관계 법령, 미제공·하자 또는 Paddle 정책에 따른 환불 권리는 제외하지 않습니다.
- 운영자의 미사용 충전 팩 정책은 구매 후 7일 이내이면서 팩 전체를 사용하지 않은 경우 환불 요청을 허용합니다. 이 기준은 법정 청약철회 기간을 줄이거나 Paddle 정책에 따른 요청을 제한하지 않습니다.
- 구독 월 제공량은 구독 요금의 일부로서 일반 충전 팩 정책상 별도 환불 대상이 아닙니다. 법정 권리와 제공 실패에 따른 구제권은 영향을 받지 않습니다.
3. 한국 소비자의 청약철회
「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」이 적용되는 거래에서는 원칙적으로 계약내용에 관한 서면을 받은 날부터 7일 이내, 공급이 더 늦으면 공급받거나 공급이 시작된 날부터 7일 이내에 법정 요건에 따라 청약철회할 수 있습니다. 제공이 시작된 용역·디지털콘텐츠의 철회 제한은 관련 법률의 요건과 디지털콘텐츠에 필요한 사전 표시·체험 등 조치가 충족된 경우에만 적용됩니다. 이 정책을 읽거나 무료 설치 파일을 다운로드했다는 이유만으로 권리를 포기한 것으로 보지 않습니다. 나눌 수 있는 계약에서 아직 제공되지 않은 부분의 법정 철회권도 보호됩니다.
표시·광고 또는 계약과 다르게 제공된 경우에는 공급받은 날부터 3개월 이내, 그 사실을 안 날 또는 알 수 있었던 날부터 30일 이내라는 법정 기준에 따라 청약철회할 수 있습니다. 크레딧을 사용했다는 이유로 이 권리를 배제하지 않습니다.
4. EU·영국 소비자
소비자에게는 14일의 철회권이 적용될 수 있습니다. 즉시 제공되는 디지털콘텐츠의 철회권 상실은 법령상 필요한 명시적 동의, 권리 상실 확인 및 계약 확인 요건을 충족한 경우에만 적용됩니다. 본 정책 자체는 그러한 동의가 아닙니다. 서비스 계약에는 별도의 법정 기준이 적용되므로 서비스 시작만으로 모든 철회권이 자동 소멸하지 않습니다.
5. 요청 방법·환불 시기
거래 식별자와 요청 사유를 yocyo@yocyo.com 또는 Paddle 구매자 고객지원으로 보내십시오. 카드 전체 번호나 비밀번호는 보내지 마십시오. 환불은 원결제 수단으로 법정 기한에 따라 처리하며, 한국의 법정 환불은 해당 요건이 충족된 경우 적용되는 3영업일 기한을 따릅니다. 카드 명세서 반영에는 추가 시간이 걸릴 수 있습니다. Paddle은 거래일로부터 14일 이내 요청에 재량 환불을 검토할 수도 있으나, 요청만으로 승인이 보장되지는 않습니다.
