Data Processing Addendum (DPA)

Business (B2B) customers who process personal data may request to enter into a DPA under Article 28 of the GDPR and Korea's PIPA.

Brkit uses sub-processors for cloud infrastructure, AI, and similar (see [Privacy Policy, Articles 6 and 8]) and applies lawful cross-border transfer mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC).

Brkit는 클라우드 인프라·AI 등에 대해 [개인정보처리방침 제6조·제8조]의 하위수탁자(sub-processor)를 이용하며, 표준계약조항(SCC) 등 적법한 국외이전 수단을 적용합니다.
