Data Processing Addendum (DPA)

Business (B2B) customers who process personal data may request to enter into a DPA under Article 28 of the GDPR and Korea's PIPA.

Brkit uses sub-processors for cloud infrastructure, AI, and similar (see Privacy Policy: processing partners and international transfers). The applicable roles, processing scope, sub-processors, deletion requirements, and transfer safeguards must be specified in the relevant agreement. This page does not itself execute a DPA or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC), or certify that every provider is covered by an executed SCC.

개인정보를 다루는 기업(B2B) 고객이 GDPR 제28조·PIPA에 따라 DPA 체결을 요청할 수 있습니다.

Brkit는 클라우드 인프라·AI 등에 대해 개인정보처리방침 제6조·제8조의 하위수탁자(sub-processor)를 이용하며, 역할·처리 범위·하위수탁자·삭제 조건·국외이전 보호조치는 해당 계약에서 정해야 합니다. 이 페이지 자체로 DPA나 표준계약조항(SCC)이 체결되거나 모든 제공자에 SCC가 체결되었다고 인증되는 것은 아닙니다.
