Copyright Infringement Reporting Policy

The Operator respects others' intellectual property rights and acts promptly when infringement is reported in cloud sharing, review, and similar features.

How to report

Please send the following to yocyo@yocyo.com:

• Signature and contact details of the rights holder (or their agent)
• Identification of the work claimed to be infringed
• Location of the infringing content (URL / identifying information)
• A statement of good-faith belief and a statement of the accuracy of the report

Action

We review the report and may request evidence or clarification. Where justified under applicable law, we may remove or restrict access and restrict repeat infringement. The affected user may send an objection with supporting evidence to the same contact. This is an infringement-reporting channel; it does not represent registration of a U.S. DMCA designated agent.

조치

신고를 검토하며 권리 관계를 확인하기 위한 자료·보완을 요청할 수 있습니다. 관계 법령에 따라 정당한 사유가 확인되면 콘텐츠 삭제·접근 제한 및 반복 침해에 대한 이용 제한을 할 수 있습니다. 해당 이용자는 같은 연락처로 근거 자료와 함께 이의를 제출할 수 있습니다. 본 안내는 침해 신고 창구이며 미국 DMCA 지정 대리인 등록을 의미하지 않습니다.
