Acceptable Use Policy

When using the Service, you agree not to do the following:

• Create, store, upload, or share content that infringes laws or others' rights (copyright, likeness, trademark, etc.).
• Generate unlawful or harmful content such as child sexual abuse material, illegal recordings, defamation, or content promoting hate or violence.
• Impersonate others or misuse the Service for deceptive synthesis (deepfakes) using a person's face or voice without consent.
• Mass-generate spam or misinformation using AI features, or violate the policies of the Service or its providers.
• Reverse-exploit the Service (unauthorized crawling, billing circumvention, exploiting vulnerabilities, automation abuse) or access others' accounts without authorization.

이용자는 서비스를 이용하며 다음을 하지 않기로 합니다.

• 법령·타인의 권리(저작권·초상권·상표 등)를 침해하는 콘텐츠의 제작·저장·업로드·공유.
• 아동 성착취물, 불법 촬영물, 명예훼손·혐오·폭력 조장 등 불법·유해 콘텐츠 생성.
• 타인을 사칭하거나 동의 없는 인물의 얼굴·음성을 이용한 기만적 합성(딥페이크) 등 오·남용.
• AI 기능을 이용한 스팸·허위정보 대량 생성, 서비스·제공자 정책 위반.
• 서비스의 역이용(무단 크롤링, 과금 우회, 취약점 악용, 자동화 남용), 타인 계정 무단 접근.

위반 시 운영자는 콘텐츠 삭제·기능 제한·이용 정지 등의 조치를 할 수 있습니다. 신고: yocyo@yocyo.com
