AI Features & Generated Content Notice
Content corrected: October 11, 2026. These corrections clarify existing practices and mandatory rights; this notice is not a substitute for consent required by law.
- Brkit's AI features (caption, voice, BGM, sound-effect, image, video, and text generation or analysis, etc.) are processed via external AI providers (e.g., Anthropic, ElevenLabs, xAI, MiniMax, DeepSeek, OpenRouter and its routed model providers, Higgsfield, and fal — actual integrations depend on the deployment configuration). When you run a feature, the necessary content is sent to that provider (see the Privacy Policy).
- The accuracy of outputs is not guaranteed; you are responsible for reviewing results before use.
- AI output may be inaccurate, similar to other output, or lack copyright protection. Provider terms and third-party rights affect permitted use; generation alone does not establish exclusive ownership or cleared commercial rights. A Brkit copyright-check result or public certificate is a record of the check, not a guarantee of legal clearance. External providers' retention and training terms differ; see the Privacy Policy.
- You are responsible for not infringing others' rights or creating deceptive synthetic media with AI features (see the Acceptable Use Policy).
